What size should I order?

Each product page includes a size chart specific to that item. We recommend reviewing the size chart before ordering.

What is your production time?

Production times vary by item.

In-stock items usually ship within 1–2 business days.

Bibs & Receiving Blankets:

Handmade to order • Allow 1–2 weeks before shipping

Gift Sets / Banners:
Handmade to order • Allow 2–4 weeks before shipping

Memory Quilts:
Custom handmade quilt • Allow 8–10 weeks before shipping

Why might my item look slightly different than the photo?

All Seams So Pretty items are handmade in small batches. Fabric placement and pattern details may vary slightly, making each piece unique.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Because many items are handmade and made to order, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is placed.

If you need to request a change, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to help if production has not yet begun.

How can I change my order?

Please email us immediately at hello@seamssopretty.com with your order number and requested change. Changes are not guaranteed once production has started.

Do you ship outside the United States?

At this time, we only ship within the United States.

How much is shipping and when is it free?

Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Free U.S. ground shipping is available on all orders $50 and over (before tax).

Orders under $50 ship via USPS using the best available service based on package size and destination.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery time includes processing time plus transit time.

How will I know my item has shipped?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a USPS tracking number so you can follow its progress.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return and exchange policy?

Because many items are handmade and personalized, return eligibility depends on the item type:

  • Custom or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective
  • In-stock(non-custom) items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original condition
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer

What is the return policy on sale items?

Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we’ll work with you to make it right.
