Refund Policy

We want you to love your Seams So Pretty purchase. Because our items are handmade and often made to order, please review the details below before placing your order.


Order Cancellations

Orders may not be cancelled or changed once production has begun. If you need to request a change, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.


Returns & Exchanges

Custom or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

In-stock (non-custom) items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided they are:

  • Unused and unwashed
  • In original condition and packaging

You must contact us before returning any item to receive return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll work with you to make it right.


Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within a few business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
