We currently ship within the United States only to confirmed addresses, unless otherwise noted at checkout.
Free U.S. ground shipping is available on all orders $50 and over (before tax).
Orders under $50 are shipped via USPS, using the best available service based on package size and destination. Additional shipping options available at checkout.
If you have special shipping needs, feel free to reach out before placing your order — we’re always happy to help when possible.
Processing Time
In-stock items typically ship within 1–2 business days after purchase.
Most of our items are handmade and made to order, which means they are created especially for you after your order is placed. Please allow additional processing time for these items.
Custom and made-to-order items may take 4-6 weeks to complete before shipping. Memory quilts may take 10-12 weeks to complete. Processing times may vary based on order volume and customization details, but we’ll keep you updated along the way.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow its journey to you.
